Shipping, delivery and returns
Current delivery times
We're so grateful for all your orders! Our handmade items have been incredibly popular lately, and we truly appreciate all the love and support. Because each item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail, we make every order in the order it was received. This means that the earlier you place your order, the sooner we'll be able to start making it. Your estimated shipping time therefore depends on how many orders were placed before yours. Below you'll find our current estimated shipping schedule.
Estimated shipping schedule (current estimate)
· Orders with clothing only:
→ expected to ship within 1-2 weeks.
· Orders with amber jewelry, Hirsh Natur, sale and/or fast shipping items only:
→ expected to ship within 1-3 working days.
· Orders placed on or after July 23rd:
→ expected to ship between August 31st and September 14th.
· Orders placed on or after August 18th:
→ expected to ship between September 21st and October 5th.
· Orders placed on or after September 1st:
→ expected to ship between October 5th and October 19th.
This schedule is based on our current order volume and may be updated as needed (last updated: September 1st).

Cancellations
Have you placed an order but changed your mind? You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. After 24 hours, we begin processing your order. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Personalized and custom-made products: as these products are personalized or made specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

Rest of Europe
Due to new EU regulations regarding PPWR/EPR, which come into effect on August 12 2026, we are unfortunately unable to ship to most EU countries for the time being. We can currently only continue shipping to Belgium. As a small business, the cost of registering for packaging regulations in all 27 EU countries is unfortunately too high for us. We are truly sorry that this means we have to pause shipping to these countries until there is more information and clarity. We very much hope that a solution or exemption for small businesses will be introduced soon, so that we can start shipping across Europe again.
If you’re from another EU country and would still love to place an order with us, please feel free to get in touch. We’ll happily look into what might be possible for you.
International orders
International orders may subject to import duties and taxes. The duties and taxes are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for applicable rates and charges because these can vary between different countries.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order, we will lovingly get to work preparing your order. We try to ship every order as quickly as possible. All Puk Products items are handmade by Carla and Eline. To work as sustainably as possible and prevent waste, our items are made to order. If you need an item urgently, you can always send us a message so we can look at the possibilities together. All our packages will be sent with a track & trace code.
Returns
It may happen that you are not satisfied with the purchased item. In that case, it is possible to return the item. To receive a full refund for the item, you must adhere to the following conditions.
Please note! Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned!
Return conditions:
1. The item is undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.
2. The return must be registered by email, stating the reason for return.
3. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
How does returning work?
1. Contact Puk Products via the contact form or send an email to info@pukproducts.nl. In your email, state which items you wish to return, the reason for return, and your name and order number.
2. Following your email, you will receive a response from us, and we will process your return.
3. Prepare the package for shipment. Tip! Use the original packaging. It is important that the return has been registered and that your name and order number are included in the return shipment.

4. Take the package to a shipping point. Please note! The shipping costs and risks for returning are at your own expense. We advise shipping with track and trace / insured.
5. Puk Products will send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as we have received the package.
If the item meets the return conditions, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If we receive items that are not in their original condition or do not fall within the return period, the return will not be accepted. The package will then be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
